Our Rewired to Communicate programme will help your people – leaders and all team members – to communicate more effectively with each other and all stakeholders.
In part I of this programme (Great Conversations) we address fundamental communication skills of listening, asking questions and delivering clear, concise messages. With the support of neuroscience principles, we look at why these basic skills are not so simple after all, and how they can be used to discuss, learn, educate, guide, inform, co-create, influence, empower and support. The programme also focuses on improving the effectiveness of meetings: how to use great conversation skills to be more efficient and collaborative and have clearer outcomes and accountability structures.

Rewired to Communicate part II (Difficult Conversations) enables your people to become more comfortable with conversations they find difficult. They will learn to create the conditions and mindsets that enable them to give feedback, address challenging behaviour, approach diversity-related issues, discuss pay or promotions and talk through conflicts, disagreements or past events that have left people at odds with one another.
This programme provides the tools and groundwork needed for open and honest conversations. When managed well, difficult conversations can build trust and strengthen relationships.
Who is this for?
This programme is suitable for all leaders and is part of the Rewired to Lead programme. Rewired to Communicate is also useful for anyone who relies on communication as part of their work. It will strongly support team members who give each other feedback as part of project operations or retrospectives.
