Transitioning Senior Leadership
Upon a change in an executive role, my coaching services assisted in helping the leader successfully transition by providing a confidential sounding board to download concerns and challenges, and to explore new ideas.
Staff happiness project for a software company
Wanting to improve staff engagement and ultimately the bottom line, the software company engaged us to measure staff engagement through an industry survey tool. We involved staff in feedback and design of improvements. There was a 10% uptick in staff engagement after our intervention.
Senior Leadership Collaboration
A global consulting team in need of improving synergies needed to understand their roles and responsibilities to one another. Through a collaborative process of diagnosing the stress points in the team and the use of an industry culture survey, I am continuing to work with this team to improve in important areas like accountability and collaboration.
